Eatzy Soulzy: Southern Cuisine with Global Flavors

PCPride grew up in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia with family and friends who cooked great food. From the  smoke house ham with red eye gravy to grilled fresh caught fish, to fried frog legs for those who favor epicurean delicacies – this is a truly a lifetime palate party.

Delicious times in the kitchen were filled with mouthwatering smells of homemade rolls and fruit cobblers. PcPride took this culinary experience with her to college at Hampton University, Morgan State University and finally to graduate school at Columbia University in New York.

She is also an artist and the founder of brimingwith.org, a solutionary think tank. A portion of the proceeds from the cookbook will go to support education, health, housing and peace initiatives.

Expanding her culinary world and inviting many friends to her cooking parties, PcPride skills as a cook grew as she added African and Caribbean flavors to her traditional southern cooking heritage.

The recipes within this culinary and culturally blended cookbook bring new dining pleasure to the table for your family and friends.
