Project Summary:   The intent is the review and evaluation of current reemployment strategies to determine best practices and procedures for return client’s to the workforce.




Background
:  To determine the most effective logical  series of related transactions that converts input to results or output: a chain of logical, connected and repetitive activities that utilize Rescare’s resources to refine an activit for the purpose of achieving specified and measurable results for internal and external customers.


Business reference: Process analysis is an approach that helps managers improve the performance of their business activities. It can be a milestone in continuous improvement (Trischler 1996). 

 

Action plan:
The  analysis approach consists of the following steps: (1) definition of the scope and the objectives of the study, (2) documentation of the status quo and definition of performance measures, (3) assessment and performance evaluation, and (4) development of recommendations.


Assessment and performance evaluation is the next step. These data provide the performance level of the process. The focus is on the overall picture of the organization's performance for a particular period of time.

Finally, recommendations are made based on the data collected and the assessment and performance evaluation. Given the recommendations, the analyst and the customer can review alternatives for implementation purpose.

Expected Results: Organizational excellence is expected and the ability to successfully meet and exceed client expectations.

Project Summary:   The intent is to develop online workshops designed for rapid reemployment.
Background:  Tapping into technology to reach more customers is increasingly used by organizations as part of their service strategy. Using online workshops enable services to reach an extensive number of clients simultaneously.

   The intent is the development of a volunteer/internship (paid and non-paid) program at Rescare and to assess the value a the volunteer program brings to the organization and its clients.


Background:  The time volunteers contribute annually in the United States is estimated at $158 Billion.
Business reference: This reference provides an overview of how to develop  an effective  volunteer/internship program.

Project Summary: Digitizing intake files can minimize file maintenance.




Background: Filing paperwork is time consuming, double files are used, and the growing number of files will eventually challenge storage options.


Business reference: Sample paperless office overview. Offices can save $20.00 labor cost per file; save $120.00 per employee searching for a lost file; offices lose 1 out of 20 files and spend 25 hours recreating a lost file.
